Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Section 11.1 of the BCRS Constitution, the Annual General Meeting will be held in “The Backroom” at Café Metro in Bilston on 1st May 2024 (starting at 7.00pm).

The annual statement of accounts and the trustees’ annual report will be made available at the AGM, with copies available on the Society’s website at

Any member wishing to table a resolution may do so by notifying the Secretary in writing no less than seven days before this meeting.
